How do I deposit?
Open Wallet → Deposit, select an enabled asset and network, then request your address. Include the memo if one is shown. Refresh an expired monitoring session before sending.
How do exchanges work?
Choose an available pair and enter an amount. Preview the quote to see the output and fee, then confirm before the quote expires. The displayed minimum protects against a lower output.
Where are my rewards?
Open Rewards to see active tasks and your progress. When the backend marks a reward claimable, use Claim reward. Your balance updates after a successful claim.
How can I check a withdrawal?
Open Activity → Withdrawals. The status comes from the service; a pending request is not yet a completed blockchain transfer.
Why is a price or chart unavailable?
Missing or stale prices are not replaced with estimates. DEX Screener charts require a supported token contract and a matching pool.
How do I receive notifications?
Open the notification inbox and enable device alerts. Your browser will ask for permission. Device alerts work while the application is connected.
